We had another great Thursday with our Burmese friends. Kelli joined our team this week and allowed us to do even more personalized teaching. I took my camera this week and wanted to show you how beautiful my friends are! Some of the families went and put on their traditional clothing for the family pictures. Each week we meet new faces and learn more about their life.
Several of you have said you'd love to help, but that Thursday afternoons don't work with your schedule. One big need is providing transportation to and from doctor's appointments and the grocery store. If you'd like to help in some way, let me know and I'll hook you up with Donna, who is from our church and has worked with the Burmese for 3 years. We'll also need help arranging the "store" for them to be able to pick out winter clothes. Donation boxes will be available at church next week.
